Not perfect, but worth it

The staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating! Dining experiences at the Ocean View and Trumps Bar were delightful, offering tasty meals and beautiful views! !

Room quality was inconsistent. my cottage felt outdated, with chipped furniture and issues that detracted from a luxury experience.

We had an amazing family getaway at this luxurious resort. The girls loved the pool, and we all enjoyed the breathtaking ocean views while dining at the charming restaurant. The various activities offered, like horseback riding, were a hit with our family.

My kids wished for more kid-friendly activities available.

Exceptional golfing experience.

I was disappointed with the check-in process, as we couldn't access our room until 6 pm, which was frustrating after a long journey. The lack of assistance with our luggage added to our stress. Furthermore, coming back to our room at 5 pm only to find it still being cleaned was quite irritating and certainly not what I expected from a hotel of this caliber.

The shuttle service to the lodge was super convenient!

The dining experience was incredible, especially the breakfast with fresh pastries! The only downside was the inconsistent massage service at the spa. Overall, a lovely getaway! 😊

The location was stunning, with breathtaking views of the coastline. The Links Cottage Two Bedroom Suite was spacious and bright, making it comfortable during our stay. The sunsets from our cottage were beautiful, creating a perfect end to each day. The sea view truly enhanced our overall experience.

Our Premier Double Room Courtyard View felt a bit basic for a five-star place—definitely not the luxury vibe we expected. The bedside tables were chipped, and there was a stain on the carpet that was still wet the next morning. It just seemed like the room could use a refurb to match the rest of the hotel’s charm.
